Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love everything you order from Blaq. If something is not quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to return an item:
Contact our support team or use the returns portal in your account to request a return. Pack your items securely, include your order number, and send the parcel using the returns label provided. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you have received a damaged or wrong item, contact us right away and we will make it right at no cost to you.
